Le Cordon Bleu London are delighted to be hosting a guest chef event in partnership with the Embassy of Peru in the United Kingdom, featuring a culinary demonstration from Chef Robert Ortiz.
Robert Ortiz is a pioneer of Peruvian cuisine, bringing the bold flavours and bright colours of his native country to an eager British clientele. Showcasing both traditional Peruvian ingredients and fresh locally sourced products, he creates wholesome and beautiful plates with vibrant, artistic flair at his Birmingham restaurant Chakana.
Discover the diverse and exciting world of Peruvian cuisine as Chef Ortiz presents some of Peru’s most traditional dishes. Following the demonstration attendees are invited to attend a cocktail reception, have a taste of the dishes and enjoy Pisco-based cocktails.
