WORLD BEE DAY ON THE ROOF GARDEN AT HAM YARD HOTEL
To celebrate World Bee Day on Sunday 20th May, join us on Ham Yard Roof Garden to learn about the delicate eco system of our city bees. Listen to Ham Yard’s resident Bee Keeper, Camilla Goddard, discuss the importance of bees as you sip on honey cocktails and enjoy the sunset over Soho.
With her years of experience in Urban Beekeeping, Camilla will teach you all about bumblebees and solitary bees, from creating bee-friendly habitats to understanding the distinct flavours of local honey. Soak in the surroundings of the established bee-friendly roof garden as Camilla delves into Ham Yard Hotel’s eco-friendly methods for bee hive maintenance in the heart of London.
Following the talk, guests will have the opportunity to taste some of Ham Yard Hotel’s very own honey, and learn how to whisk up a honey-based cocktail with our top bartenders.
After an evening in the roof garden, guests may choose to finish with a delicious three-course meal in Ham Yard Restaurant.
Sunday 20th May, 6.15pm arrival for a 6.30pm start
