What's more, 100% of the money raised will be donatedĀ to a leading UK-based homelessness charity, who work tirelessly all year round to provide shelter, support and services for thousands of people around the country.

2. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee the ticket holder to a prize.
3. Prizes are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
4. Please check your prize, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
5. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information. Please note, we cannot guarantee a refund or alternative.
6. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
7. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable time during the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
8. We regret that prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
9. Prizes are given subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
10. If prizes are re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
11. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
12. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
13. The event listed on the prize is strictly for prize winners who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
14. Any costs or expenses incurred by the winner regarding the usage of the prize (including and without limitation to travel costs, spending money, costs of transfers and other living expenses, insurance and taxes) are to be covered by the winner.
15. Prizes must be claimed (by following the instructions listed on the winners page) before the 1st January 2021.
16. All prizes must be redeemed within one year unless otherwise stated.
17. Dates will be subject to availability.
18. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be sold or auctioned.

21. Winners will be selected using a random number generator, entrants are eligible to win more than once throughout the 12 day giveaway.
22. 100% of the money raised from this competition will go towards a UK-based charity for homelessness.
23. By entering this competition you consent for your name and email address to be stored by DesignMyNight for the duration of the giveaway. This data will be destroyed when the competition finishes unless entrants have stated that they would like to opt in to marketing from DesignMyNight.com.
