Enter the enigmatic Elixir Room this Halloween and unleash your inner Victorian mad scientist with a Halloween cocktail-making experience unlike any other. Guided by one of Mr Fogg’s daring doctors, you’ll step into the shoes of budding pharmacists and uncover the darker secrets of mixology. Watch as curious ingredients fizz, bubble and transform your concoctions under the watchful eye of your mysterious mentor.

Experiment with unexpected combinations, push the limits of mixology and sip your way through your very own devilishly delicious creations. With theatrical surroundings, curious concoctions and plenty of experimentation, this is Halloween cocktail-making with a distinctly Foggish twist.

Step 1: Let the Halloween cocktail experimentation commence! Upon arrival, the Apothecary Pharmacists will welcome you as their eager apprentices, ready to develop and test their latest antidotes on you.

Step 2: Craft your first ‘potion’ at your table using a selection of mysterious ingredients, then savour your creation in the wonderfully cosy atmosphere of the Elixir Room – a hidden gem in the heart of Mayfair.

Step 3: Under the guidance of the Apothecary Pharmacists, approach the pharmaceutical counter to shake, stir and concoct your next cocktail. Sample your creation, evaluate the results and give it your seal of approval for quality control.

Step 4: Take your experimentation to the next level with a miraculous colour-changing potion. Mix up this mesmerising final cocktail at your table and watch as your creation transforms before your eyes.

    Mr Fogg’s Cocktails & Curiosities was such a unique experience. The decor is unlike anything I’ve seen before — even the walls are covered in carpet — and there is so much detail everywhere you look. Each drink was completely different and paired with a small snack, which made the experience feel very thoughtfully curated. The website is very clear that this is a drinks-forward experience rather than a food-focused one, so we were actually surprised by how much food was included. The second course was an entire plate of sandwiches, which was much more substantial than we expected. The staff was also incredibly thoughtful. I don’t drink carbonation, which can sometimes be difficult for places to accommodate, but our server was able to create drinks specifically for me without making it feel like an inconvenience. One thing to know before booking: this is not an immersive or interactive experience. It is simply a beautifully designed place to sit, enjoy very curated cocktails, and take in the atmosphere. Overall, a really memorable spot with fantastic decor, creative drinks, and excellent service.

    Got a voucher brought for me for my birthday, What an amazing time me and my friend had, the staff are amazing and the actors wow kept us on our toes the whole time. using brain muscles we never knew we had lol. Would recommend this a 100% to anyone looking for a fun and interesting afternoon.
