Guided step by step by Dr Euphemia Plume through a series of short digital videos, you'll explore an eclectic collection of salts, clays, botanical powders, flowers and herbs to create aromatic blends ready to infuse in your bath at home.
Begin with a playful Preliminary Examination of Constitution to determine which restorative cocktail is best suited to you, before selecting ingredients such as rose petals, lavender buds, Himalayan salt, oat powder and eucalyptus leaves for your bespoke bathing creations.
For a final curious touch, add a handwritten wish, promise or intention to each bath tea using dissolvable parchment, ready to disappear as your blend infuses in the water.
