The Hoxton hotel's latest outpost is a seafood lover's dream.
It's not only good looking hotel rooms that The Hoxton in Southwark is promising; on the 14th floor, you'll find Seabird. Joining forces with Krystof Zizka and Joshua Boissy of NYC's Maison Premiere, this high-rise spot touts rooftop views, splashes of greenery and handmade scallop tiled tables.
A gigantic raw bar sets the tone as the kitchen cooks up 'flavours of southern Europe'. That means crudo and the largest oyster list in London, with dishes like sardines on toast and Morecombe Bay shrimps. When it comes to drinks, expect biodynamic wines and cocktails including stirred whisky classics and exotic jungle birds.
