What they say:
From the cute barge in Paddington to the avocado burger in Victoria, The Daisy Green Collection have wooed London with their Australian-style cafes. And now they're heading to Soho to transform the former Timberyard into an all-day hangout. From brunches that appear all over Instagram to staying up late with hot DJs, the new venue looks set to be seriously cool while maintaining its foodie credentials. Along with having London's largest selection of Australian wine (24 by the glass), there will be craft beers, including a specially brewed option from Fourpure in Bermondsey.
What we say:
Opening at 7am daily, Scarlett Green is taking on Soho to bring Australian brunch, lunch and healthy eating. The space will have scrumptious sounding dishes such as award-winning banana bread sandwich and Bondi hot prawns, as well as a josper grill to cook meat and fish sourced locally. Vegans and vegetarians are also looked after with plates such as smashed avo on charcoal sourdough. It's not just pretty brunch here; there will be a roster of live music and DJs to keep you dancing til late.
