Taking understated dining to fishy depths, Rex & Mariano has a seemingly uncomplicated approach of sourcing British & Sicilian fish to prevent wallet weeping prices typical of seafood specialists. Fusing Mediterranean tapas bars with American Oyster shacks, this Soho eatery is a space of Oyster, Ceviche and Salad bars all rolled into one. Championing a toned down dining style, their fish should be swimming off the shelves come opening.
