Understanding that a 5-star hotel needs a 5-star restaurant, they've roped in Dabbous to ensure only the highest standards are on offer here. Though the menu hasn't been released yet, we're certain the food's going to match the sleek and opulent feel of this two-story restaurant. Best of all, they've recruited cocktail historians Jared Brown and Anistatia Miller to run the bar and create drinks that match the kitchen's experimental drive. Expect big things, we definitely are.
