Tides comes to Solaya, bringing its celebrated dining
experience to the heart of Shoreditch.
Led by Chef Patron Kenny Atkinson, the House of Tides team will
present an exclusive five-course tasting menu, showcasing the
restaurant's signature style through exceptional seasonal
ingredients, refined cooking and thoughtful flavour
combinations.
This special takeover offers a rare opportunity to experience one
of the UK's most acclaimed restaurants in London, as the team
brings the warmth, creativity and hospitality of House of Tides to
Solaya for an unforgettable evening.
Priced at £95pp, five-course tasting menu features Steamed
Lindisfarne Oyster with Bonito Butter Sauce, Ahrelia Caviar and
Walnut; Pressed Guinea Fowl Terrine with Apple, Hazelnut and
Endive; Pan-Roasted Sea Bass with Cauliflower, Ajo Blanco, Pickled
Grapes and Sea Herbs; Slow-Roasted Saddle of Highland Venison with
Smoked Beetroot, Salsify and Blackberry; and finally, Dark
Chocolate and Hazelnut Mousse with Roasted Hazelnut Ice Cream. Wine
pairings and a vegetarian menu will also be available.

About House of Tides:
Opened in February 2014 by Kenny & Abbie Atkinson, House of Tides
is located on the historical Newcastle Quayside and set within the
beautifully restored Grade 1 listed 16th Century former merchant’s
town house. Kenny and Abbie’s vision for House of Tides was to
create a casual and informal space where everybody should feel
comfortable and relaxed with no compromise on quality. House of
Tides has maintained its Michelin Star since 2015.
