What they say:

Cannon and Cannon have already conquered Borough Market with their delicious and varied brands of British charcuterie and now they've got a permanent home in South London's Camberwell. Nape, a deli and bar, has space for 45 and serve a range of local meats and produce including cuts such as Hackney-made cubeb pepper salami and Gloucester Old Spot loin speck. Toasties are filled with comforting ingredients such as Welsh sobrasada, cow's curd and pickled fennel or Wiltshire ham, Keen's cheddar and leeks.

What we say:

English Artisanal cheese has had its moment in the sun and now it's time to discover the world of British charcuterie. And who better to introduce it than Cannon and Cannon, the cured meat specialists, who source it from all over the United Kingdom? Nape in Camberwell is their first permanent opening with options to sit down and enjoy a glass of the natural and biodynamic wines along with a sharing board of charcuterie, or if you're in a hurry head straight for the takeaway deli.
