The menu revolves around a two-metre charcoal rotisserie imported from Greece, where slow-roasted pork, lamb, and chicken skewers are cooked to perfection. Expect puffed flatbreads straight from the oven, house-made dips, and sides like sage-dripping potatoes and braised beans that round out the experience 

Chef Jorge Paredes leads the kitchen with a focus on simplicity and bold flavours. The interiors are minimalist and warm, echoing the rustic charm of a Greek market stall, while the open kitchen adds a lively, communal feel.
