With over forty restaurants in the U.S., P. F. Changs is a giant in America's Asian food market. The team behind this huge chain are now looking across the Atlantic and have set their eyes on Leicester Square as the site for their first restaurant outside of North America. This latest project is built on a number of great partnerships; the food menu will be curated by Deepak Kotian from Nobu, while the bar will be run by Liquid Movement, the group behind the Worship Street Whistling Shop.

P. F. Changs has become something of a household name in the States. Having seen what Five Guys and Shake Shack have done in Britain, the famous restaurant chain is making a similar move across the Atlantic and will open the doors of its Leicester Square venue in August. The iconic name alone will help the restaurant stand up to the fierce competition that it'll almost definitely face in this area. Of course, the menu will feature the signature dishes that made P. F. Changs so successful - such as chicken lettuce wraps and dynamite shrimp. But it's the new dishes and barrel-aged cocktails that have really caught our eye. We can wait to tuck into the wok seared Mongolian beef and the orange peel lamb chops.
