Olle

Description

Olle is the latest restaurant to be opened by famous chef Charles Seo. Based in Chinatown in Central London, the restaurant serves Korean Barbecue dishes and traditional stews, all created using fresh ingredients and contemporary cooking techniques.

The restaurant itself has a friendly, casual dining atmosphere. In an attempt to tap into the trend of mixing traditional with modernism, the entire venue is separated by large communal-dining style tables, all boasting built-in barbecue grills for guests to cook their own dishes on. To support the fresh menu, the bartenders serve a range of Korean beers and fine wines, all acting as the perfect accompaniment to each dish.
