Travel with us to the sunlit vineyards of Marlborough, where the Wairau River winds through fertile valleys and cool ocean breezes shape wines of purity and elegance. For one evening, we bring the spirit of this remarkable New Zealand region to our table, celebrating a family-owned winery whose roots along the river date back decades.
Our chef has designed an exclusive menu inspired by the character and style of the winery, where each dish is paired with a wine from Wairau River that perfectly matches its flavours and balance. From scallop ceviche with lime and gingered cucumber to hay-smoked duck breast with morel sauce and creamy polenta, finishing with honey yogurt panna cotta and blood orange sauce, every course tells part of the story.
