Forget third time's a charm; that's not Big Mamma's style. They're bound to smash it out the park for their fourth London restaurant, as they have done with each and every opening. Now, they're making a move further west and onto Kensington High Street, with their currently nameless new spot set to front more Italian classics and jaw-dropping interiors.
From Circolo Popolare's sunny Sicily-inspired look to Gloria and Ave Mario's respective Capri and Florence influences, bold and beautiful has been the name of the game so far. Will that change for this latest venue? We doubt it. Although a theme isn't yet confirmed, it's certain this edition will be just as Instagrammable as the rest. Think maximalism, plenty of knick-knacks and a sea of botanicals filling your feed.
For food, we're hoping all the Big Mamma favourites make the menu. That's crispy crocchetta, cocktails served in boob mugs or topped with candyfloss, all the 'za and that carbonara swirled around in a pecorino cheese wheel at the side of your table. Beauty and indulgence are the key ingredients of these restaurants - and we're all for it.
