What they say:
When you think of homemade pasta being made in the window of a restaurant do your thoughts instantly go to Turkish restaurants? Well, they may now. Chef Selin Kiazim's pasta-focused second restaurant, Kyseri, is opening in Fitzrovia. Like her first endeavour, Oklava, the menu's five sections will each offer three dish choices like roasted halibut, hamsi pilav and sivri butter or eriste served with walnuts, parsley, garlic, and white cheese.
What we say:
The 35 cover restaurant makes the space feel cosy and exclusive but also offers some additional terrace seating for the warmer days. You've probably been waiting for any mention of wine to pair with your pasta dish and alas, Laura Christie, Kiazim's business partner, will be curating the wine selection.
