When you think of homemade pasta being made in the window of a restaurant do your thoughts instantly go to Turkish restaurants? Well, they may now. Chef Selin Kiazim's pasta-focused second restaurant, Kyseri, is opening in Fitzrovia. Like her first endeavour, Oklava, the menu's five sections will each offer three dish choices like roasted halibut, hamsi pilav and sivri butter or eriste served with walnuts, parsley, garlic, and white cheese.
