What they say:
From fried seitan through to gooey cashew sour cream, vegan food no longer means boring or plain. New Chelsea spot Wulf & Lamb is the latest place to demonstrate just how comforting the cuisine can be. Opening this November, the restaurant will serve breakfast through to dinner with dishes such as Chilli Non Carne (made with spiced mushrooms and kidney beans) and a green coconut curry.
What we say:
Having worked in vegetarian Vanilla Black, Franco Casolin has left to run the kitchen at Wulf & Lamb, the new vegan restaurant in Chelsea. The new venue will have room for 70 people and serve epic dishes, kicking off with a full breakfast of potato layer cake with barlotti bean ragu, scrambled ackee, and sauteed peppers. Open until 10pm every day except for Sunday, the restaurant will also have a selection of vegan cakes and treats, think doughnuts from Rubys of London.
