Looking for sushi with view(shi)?

Well, terrible jokes aside, your wishes are coming true this winter as new sky-high spot Bisushima brings Japanese eats to Central London.

Taking over the sixth floor of the Page8 Hotel, the Charing Cross venue will be one of the largest rooftop restaurants in the area, weighing in at a whopping 6,000 square feet and comprised of a 190-cover dining area, separate bar and two outdoor terraces with views over Trafalgar Square.

The menu has been put together by sushi specialist Sergey Men, who, having worked in kitchens across the globe, has developed his own signature take on the Japanese classics - think delicate toro tataki served with quinoa and pak choi, or a green tea crème brûlée with blackcurrant ice cream. And to wash it all down? There'll be an interesting selection of wines, cocktails and sakes to choose from.

On top of their evening offering, Bisushima will also be one of the only restaurants in London to serve an authentic Japanese breakfast, so all you early birds can get the jump on the rest of us with a healthy, balanced spread to kick start your day.
