The renowned Drake & Morgan bar group are opening a new venue in London's Dockland, shifting focus to The Bothy. Opening on May 22nd, the new site is based near West India Quay and hopes to live up to the Drake & Morgan name, delivering seasonal dishes and quirky cocktails to locals and visitors. The Bothy is open throughout the day, serving breakfast, dinner and everything in between to the many suits flying past on their working day.

With a brand like Drake & Morgan pulling the strings, it's fair to assume the Bothy's going to deliver on its promise of stunning cocktails and moreish food. The 'all-day menu' element of the venue has clearly been adopted to cater to Canary Wharf's busy workers and the stylish alfresco area was probably built with those lazy summer days in mind. Be sure to try our favourite cocktail - the New Frontier - on for size, made from bulleit bourbon, rhubarb liqueur and vanilla syrup.
