New Bar Spy - The Dairy Bermondsey

The Dairy Has Upped Sticks From Clapham To Bring Farm-To-Table Dining To The Heart Of Bermondsey

The Dairy Bermondsey

Opens

Now Open

Just when we thought it was all over? They pull us back in. After a sudden report last month that Robin and Sarah Gill's Clapham hotspot The Dairy would be closing the barn door for good, the duo have pulled a switch, announcing that they'll in fact be re-opening in Bermondsey this week.

The south west iteration of The Dairy made a name for itself due to its nature-led approach to its plates, and the Bermondsey version is set to follow suit, aiming to bring a bit of extra heart and soul to the area, along with an all new menu. Keeping the dishes earthy and innovative, Gill's latest line-up includes belted Galloway rump with Tokyo turnip, tarragon-battered skate cheeks and wood-roasted lamb.

While the drinks list is yet to be announced, if their previous menus have been anything to go by, sippers can expect fresh takes on classic cocktails and a top-notch wine selection.
