What they say:

The £9 billion redevelopment of Battersea Power Station, aka Circus West Village, has just added an Italian string to its bow: Fiume. They’ll be serving up modern style Italian food across the large venue, thanks to Chef Patron Francesco Mazzei, split across a 120-cover restaurant, a striking flamed-black granite bar with counter dining with 15 covers, and an alfresco terrace serving 50 covers. Perfect for the summer months, this area is filled with lemon and olive trees to give a real Mediterranean feel.

What we say:

From the culinary talent behind hit restaurants Radici and Sartoria comes Fiume, the latest Italian restaurant to open in London. The menu pays homage to the Mezzogiorno – the Southern area of Italy – boasting wholesome, Mediterranean dishes made from fresh ingredients. Expect hearty dishes of cicchetti and antipasti, alongside homemade pastas and freshly-made bread from the restaurant’s in-built oven. Meanwhile, the bar will serve up a selection of classic and contemporary Italian cocktails.
