Some of you might remember the 4th of July five years ago when Lagunitas Beer had their UK launch in D.W, to honour that boozy memory we are preparing an event to sweep you off your feet!

Join us and two brilliant guys Everest & Rob from Lagunitas on Wednesday 11th of July to enjoy 5 incredible dishes perfectly paired with 5 of the legendary beers of which some aren’t even on the market.

Your evening will start with learning about the rich history of Lagunitas and how it became the phenomenon it is today.

Throughout the evening you will try beers and learn about what food it can be paired with. The menu for the night is specially created for this occasion, our head chef Nuno and Anika worked closely to make sure each pairing is extraordinary  As each dish is brought out and Nuno will be here to explain more about the food & where it came from. You will be presented with a beer, for you to learn about why they work well together and what hops and malts bring out certain flavours in the food. 

We made sure this event is as exclusive as memorable, with some bonkers surprises such as a volcano! Yes, you’ve read it right! 🌋 

The menu for the evening:

Daytime IPA

Padron peppers stuffed with crab wrapped in bacon, herb creme fraiche

Veggie option- Guacamole stuffed padron peppers wrapped in grilled courgette

Lagunitas IPA

Meatball sliders in spicy marinara sauce
veggie option- vegan lentil & sweet potato, squash 'meatball' sliders in spicy marinara sauce

Calzone pizza with ham, bacon jalapenos & mozzarella with tomato sauce
