Cy Atkinson is a 23 year-old, Half British/Half-Persian piano-keyboardist and singer- songwriter born in London and based in Essex. As well as being raised on a diet of rare and infectious funk-soul grooves from the likes of Teddy Pendergrass, Marvin Gaye, Gil-Scott Heron and Luther Vandross, he grew up with a love for language and Persian poetry, all of which inspired his writing style. 

Since late 2020, Cy has been collaborating with soul singer Abi Farrell, providing accompaniment for her live shows and most recently appearing as co-writer and piano/keyboardist on her 7” single “Stepping Out Of Your Shadow”, which has been played by Craig Charles (BBC Radio 2) a number of times since its release in January 2022 on Big AC Records. 

And now, from the seat of his piano, he brings you colourful, captivating funk hooks for the dance-floor and poignant, poetic soul for matters of the heart, body and mind.

Although he has only just begun to dip his toe into the world of mainstream music, singer and songwriter Flynn Marks has been affiliated with all aspects of the industry for most of his life. After being discovered at the age of 5, he was invited to join one of the world’s best youth choirs. Touring the world to an extent that most emerging artists would dream of, he always felt that a solo project was always at his heart. 

While the experience was incredibly valuable to his understanding of music and performance, it was at the age of 10 when he began his classical training, and at 13, he had already begun to write his own music. Learning first on the guitar before moving to piano at a later stage, Flynn was quickly learning the ropes of how to compose a song professionally and it was this uncompromising drive and talent that earned him a place at the coveted Brit School at 16 years old. 

Flynn Marks is a songwriter who ultimately wants to connect with his audience. While most of his music comes from a personal place, he always looks to add a more relevant and relatable view on his experiences, allowing the listener to feel his emotion throughout and imprint their own feelings into every song.

Saachi Sen’s lyrical alt-pop has won support from Atwood Magazine, Spotify’s Women of Indie India, and several songwriting awards, including PRS for Music’s Lynsey de Paul prize and a Semi-Finalist place in the International Songwriting Competition. With influences from Don McLean to Lauv, her emotive music has seen her take the stage at one of London’s biggest events - performing to 10,000 people in Trafalgar Square at Pride 2019.

Further live highlights include Frank Turner’s Lost Evenings II festival, Cambridge Big Weekend, and opening Elderflower Fields’ mainstage in 2021. She also performs with her Cambridge-formed jazz group who previously reached Glastonbury’s Emerging Talent Longlist.

Following earlier singles such as ‘Dark’ (called ‘magical’ by Burnt Roti editor Sharan Dhaliwal - BBC 100 Women) and ‘Don’t Say It’ (featured by BBC Introducing), Saachi’s new song ‘The Gap’ was recorded at Apple Music’s Platoon7 studios in Tileyard and releases in Spring 2022.

Luna Bec is an artist who bares her soul and includes you in the experience. A multi-instrumentalist, her music has taken a journey of many turns through jazz, funk, folk and electronica. Wildly authentic, intense and vulnerable, her songs explore the human condition from the intimate to the universal, woven together with her particular wry humour. The result is a live performance that’s as light as it is deep - immersive, cathartic and enjoyable.

Bec’s debut EP was released May 2020 and its title song “Power To Change” is a haunting and uplifting call to arms on the theme of the climate crisis. Single “Over”is a touching and stripped back expression of personal grief. During the lockdowns she began producing a series of inspirational protest songs, including “Breath” with its powerful video featuring ballet dancer Shevelle Dynott. She is currently finalising a brand new single for release May 2022.
