Hot off the fumes of their sizzling summer session in Vauxhall, Dram & Smoke are back with a winter warming special in London Bridge.
Full of flumgummerie and a penchant for a good boozin' bender, Dram & Smoke's open kitchen will be cookin' up some almighty scran fresh from those high lands of Scotland and straight from the custom built Whiskey barrel smoker - ingenious. Their 5 course tasting menu plates up some traditional teasers to the munch-tastic musings of Haggis Bonbons, Venison Wellington, Smoked Coley & Beetroot Salad and a savory serving of Blue Cheese and Smoked Bacon Porridge. Ooft, well there's some hearty-huffing food for yas to chomp on.
In true Scottish spirit, it's not all about the feasting, the lads have got quite literally barrels o' bevvy to be consumed with some mischievous Monkey Shoulder Whiskey cocktails on the go. There'll be plenty of crafty pints swilling around too, with beer from the heavyweight hop masters, Brewdog in vast supply as well as a Gin-on-tap station. Yes, you heard, free pouring gallons of the good stuff. Now, that's more than enough hot toddie treats to keep your cockles snuggly. Note: tartan blankets will be in swift supply for extra chill defense (these faithful Scots know how to look after their Londoners).
Dram & Smoke will be heatin' up London Bridge from 19th November until 20th December every Wednesday to Saturday evening. Aye!
