Bookstock-On-Sea Brings The Seaside To Shoreditch

The Book Club is hosting the 3rd annual Bookstock street festival in August on Bank Holiday Sunday, this year with a nautical twist. With three arenas, a huge line up and some extras to complete the seaside feel, this street festival is sure to be one day out in London you do not want to miss. The Book Club is known for it's events and after attracting 4,000 people last summer it promises to come back even bigger and better.

Open from 12pm to 8pm on 25th August this huge event is the perfect way to end the summer with a bang. The soundtrack is made up of disco, hip hop and house all provided by Odyssey, Nextmen, Princeless, Davos T, To The Lazer Cave, Ben Pistor, Lovesick DJs and Bad Zuke. The sets are split between The Promenade, Sailors Rum Bar and Under the Pier so there's plenty of room to enjoy whatever you're into. Join in on the slow motion Baywatch running competition, musical seaside bingo, or even take a donkey ride! If you're not up for any of those there are so many other events and competitions going on all day.
