This November the Arch Gallery in Bethnal Green is playing host to an American Thanksgiving pop-up dinner experience. Whether you're an American away from home and miss the festivities of this lovely holiday, or a Brit curious over what all the fuss is about, join resident chef Graham Hewitt as he prepares a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with a Honey and Rosemary Turkey main to die for.
Having lived in the US, Graham at the Arch Gallery is bringing 5 years worth of expertise and experience of American culture into this magnificent meal. To ensure an authentic American Thanksgiving he is making the entire meal from scratch. He will present you with a Honey and Rosemary Turkey with delicious stuffing, creamy mash and home made cranberry sauce, other highlights will be classic homemade sausage, sage and caramelised onion stuffing, mushroom and chard bruschetta and homemade apple pie - a truly all-American meal. The night will also be alive with delicious wines and music, the perfect atmosphere to mingle and meet some exciting new people this Thanksgiving.
