We name her after 'Mercato Metropolitano', the Italian-inspired sustainable food and drink market in South London, where our distillery and flagship gin bar is located.

She's made using fresh-cut rosemary, thyme and basil for an epic herbaceous and zesty gin.

When we had customers saying 'Damn, this is better than Gin Mare!" on our very first batch, we knew she was a winner

TRANSPORT YOUR SENSES TO THE MED WITH Jim's FAVE SERVES ☀️

Simply grab a glass, add 50ml Mercato Mediterranean Gin, add ice and choose one of my herbaceous and zesty suggestions...

  1. Traditional Indian tonic, garnished with orange and a sprig of fresh rosemary 🍊🌿 (my PERFECT serve)
  2. Refreshing elderflower tonic, garnished with apple and mint 🍏
  3. Mallorcan/Mediterranean tonic, garnished with lemon peel and fresh thyme 🍋🌿
  4. Strawb-Basil Smash - add lemon juice clear honey fresh strawberries, basil and top with soda water 🍋🍯🍓🌿

SMELL THE FRESH HERBS...

The fresh herbs 🌿 we use in our Mercato Gin give it a wonderful Mediterranean aroma. Crack open the lid, give it a good whiff. First off, you should be able to pick out the fresh rosemary, followed by thyme, and last but not least a hint of basil.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. 4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
