Blackhorse Beer Mile Walthamstow | DesignMyNight

You won't go thirsty at Blackhorse Beer Mile.

Long before neon signage and vegan restaurants popped up, Walthamstow was an industrial hub. And last year, Blackhorse Beer Mile took E17 back to its roots with an alfresco destination dedicated to craft brews and COVID-friendly sipping. In 2022? With 6 of North London's finest breweries and taprooms on the list, it's looking even hotter.

A joint venture from Signature Brew, Wild Card Brewery, Exale BreweryTruman’s Social Club, Beerblefish Brewing and Hackney Brewery, the mega space is promising freshly pulled pints, outdoor space and the UK’s largest beer hall. Not only is it an ideal pick for sun-dappled drinks, but you can even bring your pups along as Blackhorse Beer Mile is dog-friendly too.

Take your pick between The Brewer’s Bar at Signature Brew - complete with indoor and outdoor seating areas, plus small plates and a rooftop terrace; or the massive beer hall and garden that has space for over 650 socially-distant sippers at Truman’s Social Club. You can also flit between Wild Card Brewery's quirky sips and Exale's unusual taproom that houses a fish tank and was once an old furniture factory. For those of you after a cask-focused taproom or hopped gin, Beerblefish Brewing has you covered; while Hackney Brewery is offering live music with a huge taproom and outdoor yard. There's even set to be pop up food vendors, DJs every weekend, plus beer launches and special tasting events.

Blackhorse Beer Mile relaunches on 1st May and is located moments from the Walthamstow Wetlands, where you'll find Truman’s Social Club, Signature BrewExale Brewery and more. For all the latest news, get our London newsletter in your inbox.
