- Challenge 25 Policy: From 7pm all guests must be over the age of 18, you must provide valid government approved ID for entry. Please note that we do not accept copies of ID. All patrons under the age of 18 will be informed that they will have to leave the venue at 7pm.
- Dress Code Policy: We operate a dress code policy from 7pm. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in refusal of entry OR being asked to leave the premises. In this instance, your deposit would be forfeited. Our policy is as follows: no sportswear (this includes tracksuit bottoms, sports shorts and gym wear); no hats; no workwear (this includes tradesmen wear, reinforced boots, work boots or shoes).
- Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your ticket please let us know at least 48 hours prior for a refund, refunds cannot be processed after this time.
- This ticket guarantees entry until 10pm only, after this time entry is subject to availability.
- If you or any of your party are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, please follow advice and stay at home to protect you and others.
