Great venue! Went for a birthday night out, great music and even better cocktails, not too expensive for London, try and get there early on Saturday nights to avoid queuing

If you like Shoreditch, you will like this place. It draws large crowds and offers a good night, but I find it suffers from the usual Shoreditch image focus: ie, people think they're too cool to dance. And I can forgive a multitude of sins in a nightclub, but this just is not one of them. So go with a large group of people who are actually, y'know, fun, get to an optimum level of intoxication and dance anyway. Your club-cred will immediately plummet there, but then, we can dance if we want to, we can leave your friends behind, cause your friends don't dance and if they don't dance, well they're are no friends of mine. Ahem.

My favourite bar around Shoreditch! Cocktails are absolutely divine and the staff are incredible! So many different ways to enjoy this place too, either brunch lunch coffee evening drinks or a night out - it's a total one stop shop! All you could want from a bar! Great music constantly playing and not terribly pricey! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great night out that won't break the bank :)

Took my limited edition of Jane Austen's 'Pride and Prejudice'. THIS IS NOT YOUR TRADITIONAL BOOK CLUB. Impossible to converse and study. Name is misleading, don't think that it is actually a real book club.

Fun night out. Packed on weekends, took a while to get in but was worth the wait. The basement had a great DJ that had us dancing till it closed. Upstairs is more laid back with table football and a lounge area. The venue holds a lot of exhibitions and events, so regardless of the night, there's something on.

Book Club is a rare treat in Shoreditch and very different to a lot of the local bars. A cool place to meet friends and they have a pool table too.

Perfect place for creative minds. The Book Club has really kept us entertained and we have been playing around with the little oregamis that we have made for days on end. Most of all, it inspired us to return so we can unleash the beneficial effects of the dyonisiac inspiration.

Had a laugh here. Drinks were good so was the music. Loads of people were having a laugh playing ping pong and pool, so there was a real good vibe inside.
