The iconic stretch of the Ring of Fire has inspired Head Chef Andras Katona to take you on your first foodie journey at Avenue, exploring the many influences and flavours in his cooking.
Your journey may not feature the same explosive earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, but instead shares some of the countries’ most loved fiery ingredients and styles of cooking; taking you on a trip to various regions within the Ring of Fire, through a range of deliciously themed tasting menus.
First, we had The Red Ring of Fire with Casamigo Tequila and plenty of fiery chilli-led dishes. Next up, we are taking you to the ocean for a taste of The Marine Ring of Fire.

Our second tasting journey in this series takes you to the ocean as you enjoy a seafood-inspired tasting menu paired perfectly with wines selected by our Head Sommelier.
Enjoy an Amuse Bouche on arrival with a complimentary Copperhead Gin cocktail followed by three courses with paired wines.
