In 2022, Rachael Hawnt became the winner of ITV's hit Saturday night show Starstruck. Rachael's impersonation of iconic singer Cher won her the title beating thousands of hopefuls competing for the top spot.
During her career Rachael has performed as a session vocalist for artists including Tony Hadley, Paul Young, Bonnie Tyler and Pixie Lott and shared stages with the likes of Will Young, Bob Geldof and Ray Davies. In 2018 Rachael was head hunted to appear on BBC1 singing show 'All Together Now' where she became a finalist and achieved the second highest score of the series.
With original compositions Rachael has had success being featured on BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio 4's Desert Island Disks and Channel 4's Sunday Brunch as well as having trailer placements including HBO's feature film A Christmas Proposal' in 2021. Her work also features heavily on multiple music publisher's catalogues including MPL and Warner Chappell Music.
Most recently Rachael provided all original compositions, alongside musical partner Ash Cutler, for Steve Backshall's UK Tour which took place throughout April and May 2022.
