The Late Night Cocktail Club is delighted to provide another opportunity to dust off the millinery masterpiece that's been sitting at the back of your cupboard unloved and to press those spanking ruby red trousers we know you've been saving for a special occasion, as we invite you to an exclusive "Night at the Races" themed summer BBQ party at The Roof Gardens.
Perched 100 feet above Kensington High Street sits London's most glorious folly; boasting 1.5 acres of parkland, flamingos and an air fleet of resident ducks! An evening tailored to the refined tastes of our charming Cocktail Club guests, there can surely be no better occasion to bask in the glow of a warm summer's night.
Your evening of decadence will begin with a complimentary cocktail and al fresco BBQ in the stunning gardens, where you will be kept amused - if not by your companions - then certainly by our suite of multi-skilled performance artists. With every little detail taken care of, all you have to worry about is your choice of attire for the night!
Tickets include a complimentary cocktail and BBQ plus VIP entry to The Roof Gardens for the whole night (subject to timings in terms and conditions below). BBQ will be a choice of chicken, beef, fish or vegetable burger and an assortment of salad.

- Cocktail tokens stop being given out at 21:00 - please arrive in good time as there may be a queue!
- Tickets are only valid for entry until 21:45.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Only ticket holders will be permitted entry to the event and the venue reserves the right to refuse entry.
- You must take responsibility for your own belongings; we accept no liability in the event of loss, theft or damage to any property.
- You acknowledge that these terms and conditions are in addition to any terms and conditions imposed by the venue.
- You acknowledge that we reserve the right to make changes to the event at any time, should this be required.
- Dress code is no effort , no entry (strictly no trainers or t-shirts and no flat shoes for ladies).
- Please note- The BBQ is not a formal sit down meal.

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
