Leading American design company AvroKO Hospitality Group are set to open their first UK-based venue in the form of GENUINE Liquorette, a casual bar which serves cocktails in cans. The new bar will be a sister venue to the already established GENUINE Liquorette in New York and will join the group's portfolio which includes a Moscow Restaurant and several diners NYC.

London isn't short of quirky and cool cocktail bars and now a new international player is joining the fray. GENUINE Liquor London will open in a building formerly used by Byron Burger in Fitzrovia. Details are thin on the ground at the moment, but the New York venue includes cocktails served in cans, self-service fridges for beer and wine, and spirits sold according to weight.
