We are delighted to be hosting this truly unique dining event in partnership with Courvoisier.
Our Head Chef Gustavo has been working with Rebecca Asseline from Courvoisier to design a special, one-off menu for this event; each course carefully and imaginatively crafted to compliment perfectly a different expression of Courvoisier. During the meal Rebecca will discuss the favour profiles of each expression and pairing.
Guests will be welcomed with a classic Champagne Cocktail and treated to three delicious courses each paired with Courvoisier VS, VSOP and XO.
The menu will feature;
Camembert Tartlet with Courvoisier-soaked cherries,
Courvoisier cured Salmon tartare w/ quail egg and asparagus vichyssoise,
Sole Veronique or Beef Rossini w/ Courvoisier cured foie gras
Roquefort & Courvoisier Creme Brulee.
Dinner from 7pm. After the dinner there will be a live set from the splendid Benoit Viellefon trio. Live music (free for ticket holders) starts from 9pm.
