Too expensive: 25£ to listen half Italian music: I can organise it at home. The drink Included in the ticket was not a drink, but you could choose only between 4 option (terrible, wine not even included). Visited JuJu Chelsea on 2018-04-13

Worst customer experience EVER! (Unfortunately not possible to give 0 stars) Landed from milano and directly headed there just to see my friends that invited me to this ‘party’, for which I bought the full ticket in advance Not able to get into the club because I was wearing (luxury) sneakers, despite this ‘rule’ was not stated elsewhere and several friends got in with white sneakers! Rude, very impolite and for-no-reason posh staff (from security to club manager) I do want to have a refund! Visited JuJu Chelsea on 2018-04-13

Very bad experience! I thought I was promised an Italian aperitivo, with the lure of original Italian pop 70s 80s and 90s. The ad also mentioned '7pm-2.30am' (wait for it...). I got there with a friend of mine just after 8pm to find an empty place with staff not sure of what was going on. When I asked when the food would be out, thinking of the usual Italian aperitivo-buffet, they went to ask the manager (who couldn't be found) and then came back to confirm food would have been available from 9.30pm. So, why do you advertise The event start at 7pm? Should I come and drink on an empty stomach for 2 and half hours?!? Do you know what an Italian aperitivo is? No Italian aperitivo starts at 9.30pm... of that you can be sure! Just before 10pm we got served 2 small wedges of focaccia each and a few pitted olives, then we were ignored by the only waiter available for the rest of the evening. The Italian music started around 10pm too, when the Italians started flocking in, but it was mixed with international pop and far more recent Italian melodic music.. The whole evening was a big disappointment and the original atmosphere so anticipated was miles awag (probably in Italy). Pretentious place, poor service (there were lots of hostesses in pretty black dresses, but only 1 waiter serving food to the whole club) and not much was original apart from the Spritz and the stiff Italian wannabes who I usually try to avoid.
