Their menus adapt and change each month according to what is in season, whilst new daily fish and meat specials are prepared on the large grill which takes centre stage in their open-plan kitchen.
Their team is led by Marseillais Head Chef Julien Carlon and Chef Christophe Gravelot who work with trusted suppliers from across the South of France and the UK to guarantee the best-tasting and highest quality produce available.
Cigalon is open for lunch & dinner Monday to Friday. Their dining room seats up to 68 persons and offers banquette seating, individual tables and secluded romantic booths. Their intimate private dining room seats up to 8 persons and is available for both lunch & dinner throughout the week.
