You are guaranteed a table, but we do not reserve specific
tables by name - Arrive early to secure the best ones.
Please arrive together in your table group - we cannot
guarantee entry for guests who arrive late.
If youâve booked more than one table, we canât guarantee
adjacent seating - again, get down early!
Table availability is guaranteed up
until 9pm - arrive before 9pm please.
If youâve booked an Individual /
General Admission ticket;
There will be further seating around
the venue for those with individual tickets, but this is unreserved
and not guaranteed.
Weâve got screens throughout the
venue - Indoors and Outdoors.
Make the most of our outdoor terrace,
or seek the comfort of our air-conditioned indoor areas.
Timed Entry tickets;
If you have an Entry Before 6pm or
Entry Before 7:30pm ticket, you must arrive before the stated time
- if you arrive late you may be refused entry.
For Everybody;
Our kitchen will be open from
4pm.
We have a fully air conditioned
indoors as well as our outdoor space.
Itâs going to be a scorching day -
please allow extra time for travel.

5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
