The festive season is on it's way and we have a wonderful experience if you're looking for a cosy date night this Christmas or something a little different to do with friends or family.
We welcome back Master Chocolatier Oli for a Chocolate Truffle Masterclass, where you'll learn how to make your very own luxury, Belgian, Bailey's chocolate truffles!
Mix, pipe, dip and decorate using the finest Belgian chocolate and Bailey's*, making the most mouth-watering, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate truffles, as a treat for yourself... a loved one... or maybe a table favour on Christmas Day!
The workshop itself will last about an hour and a half and your chocolate truffles will need a short time to set in our fridges before taking them home that night. If you're looking to join us for food, we would recommend doing this before the event, as our kitchens will be serving until 9pm. You'll have the freedom to order drinks super easily on our Peazi app throughout the night, so you can sip, while you dip and enjoy table service during the class.
Expect a fun and festive workshop, as the market will be brimming with Christmas spirit and Oli will have you excited and engaged from the moment you meet!

Our market offers six vendors serving up a variety of tasty street food to be enjoyed in the original market hall or up on the mezzanine dining space. In the bar area, we have an abundant drinks menu to enjoy ‘til late and here you’ll find our stage, showcasing live music throughout the weekend, plus live sports streaming across multiple screens!
Whether it's family hangouts, fun with friends, doggy days, celebrations or date nights, the Market is a space for everyone to eat, meet and play.
