By booking and or purchasing tickets to our events you are accepting the following terms and conditions which will apply on all dates.
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, ticketing platform and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
If an event is rescheduled due to an 'Act of God' and/or Covid restrictions put in place by the local or national government, The Brunch Club obtains the right to offer a rescheduled date. If you decline this, The Brunch Club will offer you company credit to the value of the original purchase. Strictly no refunds.
The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter & both retain the right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
Ticket prices may vary depending on the event - we may introduce discounts or promotions at any stage of the event. This will not affect your statutory rights and you will not be entitled to any backdated partial refunds if you have purchased your tickets before any special offers were introduced.
If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, ticketing platform or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
We operate a zero drug tolerance policy, if you are seen with drugs in the queue, within the venue or show any signs of drug abuse, you will be refused entry and / or asked to leave the premise without a refund for the event.
The promoter, venue management and ticketing platform accept no responsibility for any personal property.
The majority of our events are restricted 18+, please check the event listing for conformation of this and provide valid identification upon entry.
We reserve the right to remove any guests from the queue or the venue that are not able to produce a valid ID on the day. Those found in breach of this are not entitled to a refund.
Photography and videography will be taken at the event and may be posted on our online platforms. If you would like any image of yourself removed please email us at info@thebrunchclub.co.uk
The Brunch Club operates a zero tolerance policy for any forms of verbal or physical abuse and/or discrimination throughout the event or towards any promoters, venue staff or other guests. The Promoter and the Venue reserve the right to eject any person in contention of this clause without any compensation.
Tickets are purchased per table not individually.

    I have been to many bottomless brunches and I didn’t rate this one at all. The price is very high for what you actually get. The brunch itself is literally just something on toast or a roll of something. And the drinks are only available for an hour and nobody told us it was ending, they just stop coming round. Most of the brunches I have been to before ply you with alcohol and food and tell you it’s coming to an end so you can get a few more in and that way you don’t mind spending your money as you’re already in the mood to have a good time and get drunk. However, the drinks stop so soon into the brunch that you either have to spend a lot of your own money at the bar or just decide it won’t be the most boozy bottomless brunch you’ve been to. It’s obvious the organisers are more interested in making money at the bar than people having a good time and recommendations. The DJ couldn’t be bothered to be there and was playing some really bizarre songs for a 90s / Christmas themed brunch. We assumed it was just a playlist that he used all year round and it wouldn’t matter the theme. Then, just as you are starting to enjoy yourself and are loosened up, these 2 girls started singing. It was probably the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen at a bottomless brunch and completely killed the atmosphere. They came out 2 or 3 times, were not talented singers but tried to hit the notes to All I Want for Christmas by Mariah. It was like going round your friends house and their kids want to perform for you. You sit down and watch but slag it off and laugh about it all the way home. If my friends wanted to watch someone prance around in a Santa outfit and not hit Mariah’s high notes then I could have got them round my house for free and done the same thing for them. The best brunches I’ve been to are the ones that really care about you enjoying yourself, this was not a priority. An expensive, waste of time, vanity project of sorts. One of our group asked if it was the first one they’d done there as it was all a bit of a shambles but they have them on all the time. We won’t be going back, which is a shame because we went as a test for a couple of hen do’s we are planning but wouldn’t recommend or waste my money again and neither would my friends.

    My group travelled to Liverpool for this event and specifically booked this because of the drinks advertised for the brunch. The drinks advertised were espresso, pornstar and pink martinis, yet when we arrived at the event we were told none of these were available. Instead we were presented with plastic cups and jugs of sex on the beach or cosmopolitans. The food was also very poor and even though it came out it quickly, it was cold and poor quality for the price we paid. We raised our complaints with the staff at the event, who said they would send a manager to speak to us, but they never arrived. They told us that the brunch club did not communicate what drinks they had advertised so they did not have the ingredients for the martinis. We each paid £44.99 for this event, which I do not feel was worth it. As a result of this poor experience I am requesting that we are compensated or reimbursed for the cost of the tickets. We would not have booked this event had we known the experience we were going to get.
