Hidden beneath Revolución De Cuba, this cosy spot is the first opening from the Liverpool-based distiller, and will be a showcase of the brand’s finest spirits. Expect a mouthwatering menu of signature cocktails (priced at only a fiver between 4pm and 7pm during the week), along with 15 craft beer lines - pouring a range of local brews. Boasting a jam-packed calendar of events, gin enthusiasts will be able to head here for exclusive tasting sessions and delicious afternoon tea offerings.

In terms of interiors, think dark blue hues, exposed brick walls and local artwork throughout. And for when those inevitable hunger pangs strike? There’ll be a whole lotta’ steaming Voltagabbana wood-fired pizza - perfect for soaking up the booze.
