Canteen has teamed up with BULLDOG Gin and Wallace & Sons to bring you the first in our season of Tailgate party brunches which will take place at our new brunch venue on Saturday 15 June.
Bottomless BULLDOG Gin cocktails and Prosecco will be available for 2 hours between 2pm-4pm and only to bottomless wristband holders (bottomless tickets are limited).
Wallace & Sons will be providing some amazing filled Bao buns with an incredible side dish which is included in your ticket price (you will need to pick the choice of Bao for each ticket at checkout):
Pork Bao - Sous Vide Pork Shoulder, Pickled Cucumber, Crispy Skin, Hoi Sin & Sriracha
Salt Cod Bao – Panko Salt Cod, Gochujang Mayo, Pickled Fennel
Cauliflower Bao (Vegan) – Soy Braised and Beer Battered Cauliflower, Pickled Cauliflower, Seasame Tofu Dressing, Hot Sauce
All Served in Handmade Bao with Togarashi Sweet Potato Fries
Gin cocktails & fizzes will be available at our BULLDOG Gin bar throughout the event. A full bar with a vast selection of beers, spirits and soft drinks will also be available.
You are free to grab your Bao and side at any point during the event.
This venue has been newly refurbished and features an outside covered area together with a vast inside space with plenty of seating, tables and dancing areas. It also has what we can only describe as the best toilets in Leicester! The venue is located near Braunstone Gate and De Montfort University. 5 minutes from Leicester city centre.

3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
