Serving up locally reared Japanese-style beef, Wagyu Bar and Grill has quality produce at its heart. All of the distinctly marbled meat is sourced exclusively from a family-owned farm just outside York, and so with such a short 'gate to plate' time, the dishes on offer are as fresh and flavoursome as they come. 

Set across two levels, the venue is decorated minimally throughout, with a sleek and modern aesthetic. The ground floor is a relaxed daytime cafe space, serving up a lighter menu of salads and sandwiches, whilst the restaurant upstairs offers a more intimate dining atmosphere with a wider varying steak menu. From the signature chateaubriand to the classic T-bone, each steak is cooked as per requested and served alongside a range of sauces and sides.
