Located in the former Epicurus bar, this cool Belgrave Street bar is taking Leeds' cocktail game to a whole new level with their innovative concoctions and broody atmosphere. Split over two floors, The Watermark comprises of a subterranean bar offering highballs and lowballs, and The Living Room upstairs, which previously housed members-only bar Death and Taxes.

Founded by bartenders Dariush Afshar Haghighi and Filippos Filippopoulos, The Watermark is centred on inventive cocktails and hearty small plates. With a wealth of experience from some of Leeds' finest drinking dens including Leelex, Living Ventures and The Alchemist, these two know a thing or two about good drinks. Soak up a brandy-fuelled Aegean Breeze or craft beer with crumpets topped with Marmite, whiskey butter and cheese.
