The latest venture from the team behind the Finsbay cafe, bar and restaurant in Milngavie, Finsbay Flatiron has the same shabby chic interior that have been such a charming aspect of the original location. Taking over the Woodlands Road premises formerly held by WEST on the Corner, and, until recently, the burger and chicken pop up Cocknbull.co, Finsbay Flatiron has initially been launched as a pop up itself, with aim to establishing it as a permanent fixture.
