Description
Glaschu is putting a fine dining twist on traditional Scottish cooking from its home within Royal Exchange Square. Serving dishes such as whelks and cockles, grilled beef and pineapple carpaccio from local producers, it attempts to evoke memories of home cooking.
Alongside this, the swanky new restaurant will have a bar serving cocktails that carry the namesake of famous Glaswegians and Scottish icons such as Marochetti, after the Italian sculptor behind the Duke of Wellington statue.
