Expert craft beer brewers Innis & Gunn have extended their brand of quality beer to Glasgow with Innis & Gunn Ashton Lane.

The bar and restaurant will spread over three floors, with each committing itself to a specific function. The bottom floor contains the brewing facilities to produce its masterfully crafted beer; the first floor is a restaurant and the top floor is a dedicated bar.

The bar serves their extremely popular beer brewed at the venue, which have each been specifically matured in flavoured casks in order to achieve their iconic taste. The kitchen serves traditional Scottish gastro food, and also includes their beer into the cooking process, such as in their Beer Beef Curry made with IPA or beer battered fish and chips.
