Established in the west end of Glasgow on April fools day of 2017 - you better believe The Parlour has plenty of tricks up its sleeve. What is by day a warm and cozy coffee house, complete with wood burning fire and comfy booths- turns into a busy, cocktail-heavy, music-bumping circus by night. 

The only thing more mouth watering than the many sweetie filled jars that line the long wooden bar (candy floss, skittles, and Oreos being the top tempters) are the cocktails they accompany.  Some of the most popular being Parlour staples such as the Spiced Watermelon Mai Tai, and newcomers like tropical sharing fishbowls topped with full bottles of champagne. If that's not enough, mystery shots and a new boozy slushy each week (rumored to have never once repeated, though the Irn Bru / Hendrix combo was class) ensure that no two visits are ever the same. 

The Parlour boasts a brilliant year round beer garden, blasted with sun for up to 12 hours daily during the entire Scottish summer week, and fully protected from rain, snow and cold of the winter by a large awning and 6 tall heaters. Luckily, the kitchen’s arm is strong, and is able to sling tasty tacos, nachos, and dirty fries day and night, inside and out -keeping bellies full and the flow loose and laid back.
