The chefs here go all out for this annual spread, with soup and prawn cocktail for starters, pumpkin pie à la mode for dessert, and a whopper helping of hand-carved apple cider-cured turkey breast, with candied yams, mac 'n' cheese, mashed potato, green bean casserole, buttermilk cornbread stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy and cornbread.
